Good day,
due to an anomaly in bank statement processing, we have detected an issue where some merchants might experience delays in crediting collected Checkout funds from certain banks - they would appear as "frozen" for an extended period of time and unavailable for disposition. We are aware of this issue and are investigating.

Dear clients,
we have identified potential issues that Android-using clients might encounter using Paysera Super App. Clients might encounter inability to authorize sign-ins to the bank, errors when logging in with password, not being able to view statements or view their account balance, intermittent "Network unavailable" errors as well being unable to create transfers.
Please note and rest assured that safety of your account and funds is not affected. We ask for patience while we address the issues affecting operational availability of Paysera Super App.
