Delays in internal payment processing
Resolved in 23d 7hInternal transfers are processing normally again. Delays stopped on 16 September at 14:51 EEST and transfer processing has been stable since then.
The delays were caused by a buildup on an internal database server used for transfer processing. That buildup has been cleared, the server is healthy again, and all delayed transfers have been completed.
All funds remained safe throughout and no transfer was lost. We are also adding preventive controls so that this type of problem is detected and stopped automatically. This incident is now closed.
Most internal payments complete instantly. However, delays have not yet stopped entirely: we are still seeing periods in which a portion of internal payments takes longer time to complete. We are applying a further change to our to remove these remaining delays
Transfers between Paysera accounts are currently being processed with delays. A transfer may remain in "Processing" status for 20–60 minutes, and in some cases for a few hours, before it completes.
All funds remain safe. Every transfer will complete automatically and no action is required on your side. Please do not repeat a transfer that appears to be stuck — the original transfer will be processed, and a repeated one would result in a duplicate payment.
The cause has been identified and a fix is prepared. We will post another update once it is deployed or when we have a confirmed date.
Internal transfer processing has recovered. Any remaining delayed transfers are being processed automatically. We are monitoring the service and working on a permanent fix.
We are currently experiencing a technical issue that may cause delays in the processing of certain outgoing and incoming payments.
All funds remain safe, and no transactions will be lost. Affected payments will be processed automatically once the issue is resolved.
We are treating this matter with the highest priority and are working to restore normal processing times as quickly as possible.
Paysera checkout affected - Revolut
Resolved in 20h 20mSince 9 September 2026, 10:07 EEST, payments made through the Revolut bank-link option in Paysera Checkout are being executed correctly, but their final confirmation to merchants is delayed. Funds have left the payer's account and are safe. Merchants may see these payments as pending and may not have received the payment-completed notification yet. No action is needed from payers or merchants. We have identified the cause and are processing the delayed confirmations; all affected payments will be confirmed automatically. We will update this notice once the backlog is cleared.
Paysera Checkout, payment methods unavailable
Resolved in 1h 33mService recovered successfully.
Most Paysera Checkout payment methods have been restored, including all bank transfers and card payments although some methods remain unavailable and we are working on them now. Buyers can pay by card or bank transfer in the meantime. Completed payments are unaffected.
We are investigating a major outage affecting Paysera Checkout. Our team is engaged and working to restore service. Updates to follow shortly.
