Currency exchange service degradation
We have spotted that when using functionality tied to currency exchange - such as currency conversions, automatic conversions of transfers, merchant Checkout payment crediting conversion and other related services, clients might run into issues. Please note that we are aware of the issue and are actively working to resolve it.
Bank outage - webpage and payments might not work
We have identified an issue where clients might not be able access the bank webpage or make internal or external transfers. We are investigating the issue.

Paysera Checkout - delayed processing of payment crediting for merchants
Please note that we have encountered an issue regarding delayed transfer crediting. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Paysera Checkout - increased amount of payment failures when using "SEB LT" payment method.
We have identified an issue that due to likely temporary outages from the payment service provider, clients who try to pay using SEB payment method will likely experience payment failures.
Issue with Paysera Checkout - merchant callbacks for successful payments are not sending

Delayed crediting of Paysera Checkout payments to merchant accounts
We have identified an issue where for some merchants, the crediting of funds to merchants has been heavily delayed. Merchants might see an increase in the amount of frozen "held up" payments. We are working on the quick resolution of this issue.
Bank transfer outage (SEPA INST / SEPA)
We have identified an issue regarding bank transfers, that some customers might be experiencing issues while sending urgent and non-urgent transfers. We are looking into this issue.
SEPA INST - possible delayed processing due to blockages
Dear clients, please be informed that we have been informed by Lietuvos Bankas that prolonged transfer processing is possible due to localized blockages. They have informed that they are working to resolve this issue. If you have sent an urgent transfer and it is not being processed within 15 minutes, likely it has been affected by the temporary outage. We ask for patience while LB resolves the issue.
Delays in Processing Payments
We are currently experiencing a technical issue that may cause delays in the processing of certain outgoing and incoming payments. All funds remain safe, and no transactions will be lost. Affected payments will be processed automatically once the issue is resolved. We are treating this matter with the highest priority and are working to restore normal processing times as quickly as possible.
Partial Service Degradation of IOS Mobile app in Georgia
We are aware of an issue affecting the Paysera IOS mobile application. Some users may encounter slow performance, login difficulties, or error messages when attempting to access certain features. This disruption does not affect card payments or account balances, which remain fully operational. Our specialists are currently investigating and applying corrective measures. Further updates will be shared as soon as new information becomes available.
